Drop Off Cut-off Time
Our learning experiences begin at 8:30 am. To ensure our teachers and students are able to follow a constructive schedule, our morning cut-off time for drop-off is 8:45 am. Any drop-offs after 8:45 am will require a phone call to the center providing the reason for the late drop-off. Attendance for lunch is collected at 9 am sharp.

Teachers at Premier, both Leads and Assistant Teachers are State certified, have received their Bachelor’s or Associates Degrees, their CDA’s – Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or working towards them. A minimum of a year’s experience teaching children is required.
A CDA (Child Development Associate) is a national credential awarded by the Council for Early Childhood Professional Recognition. This credential requires at least 120 hours of formal training within the last five years.
Teachers do weekly lesson plans that are posted in each classroom for your review. There is a different plan for every week also.
All staff actively engages children throughout the school day. Premier Early Learning Academy is a small school and all staff get to know the families and their individual needs.
Teachers read aloud to children at least three times a day. In the older classes, children are also given time to look at books during center time and throughout the day.
Adults and children wash their hands upon arrival, eating or handling food, and using the bathroom/diapers. Adults and children wash their hands after sneezing and coughing.
Yes, religious exemptions are considered on a case by case basis.

100% fruit juices and whole/1% milk is served at Premier Early Learning Academy. There is a 4-week rotating USDA Guidelines matching menu served daily.
Every full classroom will have a Lead Teacher and Teaching Assistant. There are some classrooms that have two Lead Teachers.
Every classroom will always have at least one teacher present.
We believe in positive reinforcement and effective praise with children. Negativity is not an option.
Each classroom follows the State of Georgia ratios for all children. If we find it inadequate for supervision, we will add an additional teacher.
All teachers have taken the required State mandated courses as well as many certified clock hours of yearly Early Childhood related training.
The Director has a degree in Business Administration and over twenty years of Early Childhood experience.
